AQUA+TECH ensures efficient logistics to deliver our water and cosmetic solutions reliably and on time to clients worldwide.
AQUA+TECH does not store product destined for shipping in Switzerland. To lower costs for our customers we maintain storage facilities in the United Kingdom, South Africa and China.
From these facilities AQUA+TECH ships most customer deliveries by Sea. We recommend that our customers ship Full Container Loads (FCLs). Custom clearing fees at destinations are less, and a full load decreases the chance that your shipment is damaged.
When ordering product from AQUA+TECH, we ask that our valued customers keep in mind the following constraints:
– There are peak shipping seasons, such as Christmas and the Chinese New Year
– Bear in mind there are often delays because of unpredictable events (strikes that lead to port congestion, unexpected events en route, wars…) so we kindly ask you to place your orders in advance
– Goods being sent from South Africa may be subject to shipping delays
– Many shipping companies have merged in recent years, and shipping rates have increased as a result
– AQUA+TECH‘s standard packaging is 25 kg bags when sending powder, and IBCs for liquids
When you buy from AQUA+TECH we will provide:
– A Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice & Certificate of Analysis
Our Payment Terms are either pre-payment or net 30. Net 60 and 90 payment terms are also possible, though interest charges will be added to the sale price.
AQUA+TECH accepts U.S. Dollars, Euros, and the Swiss Franc as forms of payment.
