aquaTECH Celebrates 25th Anniversary
In October 2022 aquaTECH employees proudly celebrated the company’s 25th anniversary.
Founded in 1997, aquaTECH is a Swiss corporation located in Romont, Switzerland. For the last two and a half decades the aquaTECH team has become world renowned experts in the design, manufacture, and use of products for: Flocculation, Water Recycling, Water Treatment, Coagulants, and Cosmetic Thickeners.
One of 2022’s most significant accomplishments was the publication of the Water Book. Company Director David Hunkeler spent many months writing the book, and was assisted by the entire aquaTECH team.
Divided into four parts, the Water Book poses the question: Why do we worry about water? The book then does a deep dive into best practices for water treatment. These are examined in more than 500 case studies taken from various industries – food production, mining, and sludge treatment to name a few. As the world’s climate changes, the Water Book examines why these issues matter now.
